How long will my batteries last?
plus minus

Different candle models have different battery types which will determine the battery life. You can read up on the individual candles’ battery type and life expectancy on the product page of our website. Deciding when to change the batteries in your candles comes down to your preferences. If you use them in a dark room, you might find that you do not need to change them as often as when you use them in a brighter room.

Our candles are tested using Uyuni batteries and the approximate battery life provided is calculated by the manufacturer.

Can I optimize battery-life?
plus minus

The lifespan of batteries is influenced by various factors. To ensure optimal performance, it is advisable to always use new batteries when replacing the old ones. Additionally, it is important to avoid storing batteries in extreme temperatures.

When using the Uyuni Remote Control for your candles, manually turning them off during longer periods of non-use is recommended since the “stand-by mode” still consumes battery life. Utilizing the dimmer function while the candles are on can help extend their battery life.

While not all manufacturers provide milliamp-hours (mAh) information for their batteries, it is worth noting that higher mAh values generally indicate longer battery life.

Are Uyuni Lighting candles patented?
plus minus

Yes, we hold patents on all Uyuni Lighting candles. Our 3D flame is uniquely designed to create a far more realistic flicker, making it superior to the majority of the LED candles you’ll find on the market.
